Steinway Sales at the Atelier of David Andersen Pianos:
So this is it: the Atelier. We have a beautiful location, great players coming by regularly, a concert every couple months, and some world-class pianos for sale—my dream come true. And I retain my extraordinary client base, working on pianos every day, tuning, servicing, restoring—-loving pianos.

My goal is for the Atelier to be perceived as a place where you can always walk in and play some of the best pianos in the world, and you’ll always have a good time, and you’ll want to buy a piano.Where piano buyers can come to an atmosphere of calm, beauty, and culture and choose a piano in the most unhurried, focused way. I’ll leave you completely alone for hours; I’ll bring you food and drink. If you bring a technician, I’ll leave my tools in the Atelier so you can work with the voicing, tuning, or regulation if you wish, for demonstration purposes.

There’s never any pressure, because you either fall in love with the piano, and we find a way for you to buy it, or you don’t.
