Scott Dunn, Bryan Pezzone, Yevgeniy Milyavskiy, Danny Holt, & Steven Vanhauwaert will play solo & four-hands music by Scott Joplin, Igor Stravinsky, Terry Riley, Maurice Ravel, George Benjamin, Alberto Ginastera, Franz Liszt, Heitor Villa-Lobos and Claude Debussy. David Andersen Pianos and Tanya Regir Studios are hosting a benefit concert and lunch featuring five blindingly talented pianists in the kind of music that has made Jacaranda the most exciting new concert experience in the LA area. Not only can you help support this critically acclaimed series, you can hear five of the twelve keyboard wizards featured in Jacaranda's upcoming "Season of Poetry" on a truly remarkable piano. The two-part outdoor concert is shaded by graceful trees. Superb sound and a buffet with a glass of wine makes for a perfect summer afternoon. Plus, a work of sculpture by Tanya Ragir, renowned for her refined sensuality, will be offered in an opportunity drawing. This very affordable experience is not to be missed. |
